恢复力量后，我们开始上SUP课程。如果条件允许，返回基地将通过Ria Formosa国家公园地区在SUP板上进行。在牡蛎育苗场停下来，我们简要地介绍了牡蛎的发育。
返回冲浪俱乐部后，将准备香槟和牡蛎。在露台上，您可以欣赏Ria Formosa的真正味道，并欣赏周围美景，并品尝非常新鲜的香槟。
