这一切都从一杯热茶或咖啡开始，然后直接开始制作您自己的黄油牛角面包、Pain au Chocolat（或巧克力牛角面包）和 Pain au Raisin！ 8 人小组让厨师密切关注您学习新技能和知识的情况。
首先，了解牛角面包的制作设备、原料和原理。您将使用我们从当地生产商那里挑选的优质原料从头开始制作。
然后揉捏预面团就是一切的开始。当您擀出成品面团时，您将用擀面杖提供最后一种成分，然后用它来塑造您自己的糕点！当他们休息和烘烤时，时间会完成剩下的工作。
