Have you been eating ramen all of your life and not have a clue how it’s made? If so, I highly recommend signing up and learning all about ramen. The class was both fascinating and informative. Our guide (and store manager) Mitsuyo, gave us a great behind-the-scenes presentation of how they make their Michelin awarded ramen (without giving away any trade secrets, of course). This experience was amazing! Mitsuyo was an excellent teacher, leading us through how really great ramen is made. We sampled all the key components individually, before enjoying the final product brought to life by their chefs. Simply the best ramen I have ever tasted! If you are a foodie or you just love ramen, you will enjoy this tour!

The Ramen Tasting experience was absolutely amazing. Our hostess Mitsuyo was lovely. She explained the process for making the ramen; we were able to taste the individual components along the way. Then we moved to the counter to be served a bowl of the signature ramen. Best ramen ever! This experience was fantastic and a must do for any ramen lover.
