课程将带您深入了解这家餐厅标志性融合拉面背后的每一个组成部分。Tsuta在2015年获得米其林必比登美食推介,并在2016年至2019年间连续获得一星米其林殊荣。首先,您将听到由日本荞麦面Tsuta的CEO Yuka为您介绍Tsuta的故事。Yuka拥有时尚、酒店和科技领域的多元背景。您将了解到Tsuta对品质的执着追求以及创始人Yuki Onishi的理念,这些都体现在细节上,如水的过滤、碗的加热和餐具的选择等,至今仍在坚持。
