Our guide was Gustav. And he was excellent. He is a wealth of information about Mexico’s history in a particularly the history of Vallarta. The dishes were excellent. Would highly recommend.

A wonderful experience! Our guide Gustavo was charming, and well informed- not only about the restaurant scene, but also local history, architecture and culture. We plan to return to some of the new to us restaurants that we visited. Highly recommended!
