Maison ZEYSSOLFF 是阿尔萨斯为数不多的拥有大约 200 年历史的橡木桶的酒窖之一，每个橡木桶的容量为 10,000 升，仍然用于酿造葡萄酒。他最大的好奇心是 1897 年为巴黎世界博览会（1900 年）制作的 ZEYSSOLFF 桶。这个桶今天还在使用。
