An absolutely wonderful experience. Chef Yoshi and Amo are excellent hosts and teachers. The food was great, and the chef’s broth is the best I’ve ever had. My son said this was his favorite part of the trip. I absolutely recommend their class. I can’t wait to make ramen and gyoza at home!

Such a great experience!! The food was delicious (it was the best ramen we’ve had on our trip so far) and chef Yoshi and Amo were such wonderful hosts. Yoshi and Amo were absolutely delightful to spend the morning with! We really.enjoyed learning about the different styles of Ramen and the ingredients in the meal. Kids loved making their own noodles and designing our own Ramen toppings! They were so sweet to make a gluten free version of both the gyoza and the ramen for me, and our entire family enjoyed the class so much! The ingredients were so fresh and the ramen and Gyoza were Oishi des! Definitely book this class!
