An absolute must-do experience!
I was a little nervous booking this at first, wondering if my boyfriend would think, “What did you just drag me to?”—but it turned out to be the highlight of our trip!
Chef Regina is fantastic. Not only is the class so much fun and hands-on, but her personality is infectious and she has lived such a fascinating, interesting life. We loved every minute of hearing her stories while making delicious biscuits.

Fun and Worthwhile
One of my best and most fun events ever. Class was informative and results yummy. Regina is a gracious and charming chef who truly loves her food and sharing it with others. She earned the title biscuit queen.

Regina's Cooking School was an absolute win! We were lucky enough to be in her last class at the current location before they move to a bigger space this September. We will definitely be back! Regina is a fascinating, precious woman. She had the best stories, and her food was incredible. We attended the brunch class and learned how to make several dishes. I don't know if I'll ever truly replicate her famous biscuits, but I'm certainly going to try! She is the perfect hostess and teacher. 🥂✨
