Chef was SO terrific and talented in what he does. The way that he opens up his home to you and makes you feel like a true VIP is something that has remained in our hearts. A must do if you're ever in Hobart! He provides copies of the recipes that had been tailored to our amazing morning with him. We felt so inspired that we even went home and bought the same sous vide machine that he had to replicate the delicious salmon!

Peter provided a wonderful culinary experience for all of us. The menu was varied, interesting and challenged our skills in different ways. We all love cooking and we each came away with some ideas. It was a fabulous experience. Peter was so well prepared with our request for only Vegetarian dishes. He was so professional and taught us so much, sharing his expertise as a professional Chef with warmth and generosity. A birthday treat my partner loved. As for the lunch of our combined efforts it was delicious and beautifully presented. Highly recommended! . An awesome experience !
