+13 fotosAlways brilliant service when we come here. Angelika was our server today and was really good, really friendly and great with my kids, couldn't do enough for us! They are also part of a deal with Merlin where children eat free for annual pass holders so made it great value.
Another great meal at hard rock server was amazing bahamma mama cocktails delicious only place that does them ribs were yummy to we vome here once a month enjoy it
Janie Rocks! The food was really good. Plenty of options for a picky wife and daughter. The restaurant was clean and tidy, as we're the loos. The ambiance was not too loud. The nachos starter I had was enough for two people. Our server was Janie, and I cant thank her enough. Janie rocks!
We always like to go out to dinner when we travel to the Hard Rock Cafe; last night we were in Edinburgh, we booked directly at the restaurant. As soon as we arrived, Giulia was very kind and accompanied us to the table, we liked the spot she reserved for us, we sat down, and shortly after another girl took our orders. Staff go above and beyond.staff member training new member of staff was incredible -knew about food intolerances and even cracked a few jokes. Burger was top notch like always but as a celebration had the brownie and ice cream which was just incredible I rarely exceed the standard service charge but pleased I did it here
