A very fulfilling afternoon! We started by shopping at the Mercado a Janeiro, the largest market for Chefs in Lisbon, for all of our fresh vegetables, cheeses and fish as Angela pointed out important Portugese food facts. Once back at the kitchen, she explained a lot about the Portugese food culture as our small group of 5 moved along collectively from one recipe to the next. Angela was a great host. I enjoyed taking this class. After being on vacation for the last 8 days it was nice to get in the kitchen and cook a homemade meal. I can’t wait to go home and make this for my family.
