A Must-Do in Guatemala City 🇬🇹
We originally planned to spend the day lounging by the pool, but while looking for somewhere to have dinner, we came across this experience and we are SO glad we changed our plans.
Chef Wilfredo picked us up directly from our hotel and took us to a traditional Guatemalan market to shop for the ingredients he would use in our meal. Chef Wilfredo was very inviting and accommodating. Held very good conversation comparing similarities to cultures and travel. Food tasted so amazing and the quality of the class was very informative. All ingredients were fresh and answered all questions when they were asked. Lovely guy!
On my return back to Guatemala I would 100% take his cooking class again!!
