A delicious treat
Maggie led the class with great care, teaching a class with some nouveau aspirant-macaron-bakers. I left inspired to continue baking this delicious dessert. It is a class worth taking, and you leave with a box full of your creation.

Thank you, and Maggie will be very glad to read this. Teaching a room where nobody has piped a macaron before is the harder version of the job, and doing it with care rather than with speed is exactly what we ask of her.
Leaving inspired to carry on baking is the best outcome we can hope for. The box is yours to enjoy over the next few days, but the habit is the part that actually goes home with you.

We took the macaron class...
We took the macaron class with Julie, 10/10 experience. Very intimate group as it was 4 of us, plus the instructor. Loved the 1-on-1 and the detailed attention we all received. A very good recipe for macarons and was one of my mom’s and I’s favorite experiences on our trip!

A very personal hands-on small group baking experience.
Excellent pastry chef easy to follow directions I learned so much and the macaroons were absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend this class to anyone interested in baking French macaroons.

A wonderful experience!...
A wonderful experience! So fun! Our pastry chef was so personable, knowledgeable, and helpful! She interacted with us the whole time and gave lots of information! The macarons were absolutely delicious!

A must do baking class
This was one of the best baking classes that our group has taken. Our instructor was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with some non bakers in the group. Our macarons turned out perfect.
