I enjoyed cooking with Carlos and learning about Ecuadorian Cuisine. He had done most of the prep in advance so there was a bit less actual cooking than I would have preferred. I ended up being the only one who signed up so I have a private lesson which was nice.

This I'd am exceptionally well curated experience. The ambiance at Claroscuro is stunning, the service is world class yet very authentic, and the food quality is superb. Josúe, the chef, is smart and engaging. He walked me through each dish with whit and perfectly times explanations. Phenomenal! Karen was awesome. We made a potato soup with an avocado rose set on cheese in the middle of the soup. Then we made a sword fish in a cream sauce and finished with a chocolate fondue dish with a variety of passion fruit and other local fruits. It was the best cooking class I have ever taken.
