Basque cooking class was organized, well thought out and very informative. Involvement of students in meal prep very helpful. Resulting dishes were outstanding!
I went to this cooking class with my mum & we had THE BEST time. Mikel (who spoke fluent english) made an enormous amount of effort to integrate the group & ensure we were all chatting away in no time. The drinks were flowing & the time flew by! We had a delightful time cooking Basque dishes and tasting local wines. Everything was delicious! Mikel is a great chef and has lots of experience to share. My whole family had a great time.
This was a great experience! Not only did we learn to cook we also learned about the great food that we were eating. The kitchen was clean and well organized and the Chef was knowledgeable and fun. The Gilda Pintxos was our favorite. You cannot miss if you book this experience.
