料理の旅は、3種類のブルスケッタのアンティパストから始まります。
-フェットゥンタ、ニンニクとエクストラバージンオリーブオイルのブルスケッタの最も純粋なフォーム。
-季節の野菜を添えたブルスケッタ。トスカーナの新鮮な食材を引き立てます。
・イタリア料理の定番、トマトブルスケッタの定番。
次に、手作りのタリオリーニパスタを作り、2つのおいしい自家製ソースと組み合わせます。
-ポマローラソース、濃厚で風味豊かなトスカーナトマトソース。
・季節の野菜ソース、農場の新鮮な食材を使用。
甘い口当たりで締めくくるには、伝統的なトスカーナのデザートを2つのオプションでお楽しみください。
・リコッタクリームにヴィンサントワイン（またはイチゴジャムのキッズ向けバージョン）
-ペイン、ヴィーノとズッケロ、素朴なトスカーナ料理に現代的なひねりを加えたもの。
クラス終了後はワイナリーツアーに出発し、キアンティやトスカーナのワイン造りの伝統を学びながら、ブドウ畑やワインセラーを探索します。 体験の最後には、ガイド付きトスカーナワイン3種のテイスティングをお楽しみいただけます。お食事との相性も抜群です。
