プーリアの味を巡るユニークな旅で、文化、民俗、美食が融合した体験です。 沿線では、バーリスタイルのフォカッチャ、地元の生肉と職人チーズ、または有名なスパゲッティ・アッアッラッサッシーナなど、季節や入手のしやすさに応じて厳選された典型的な地場産品のテイスティングと、地元産の赤ワインのグラスをお楽しみいただけます。 ツアーは揚げたてのパンゼロットで続き、自家製の職人ジェラートで甘い香りで締めくくられます。
