McCaffrey's Estate は家族経営で運営されており、プレミアムな手作りワインを生産するハンター バレーの小規模な生産者の 1 つです。ぶどう畑は11エーカーのブドウ畑で構成され、スパークリング、セミヨン、ベルデーリョ、シャルドネ、ロゼ、メルロー カベルネ、カベルネ フラン、シラーズ、酒精強化ワインなど、さまざまなワインを生産しています。

We loved our little visit today. The cellar door was lovely and Declan was so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The wines were delicious too!

Amazing winery history. Excellent wine tasting session with a great selection of wines, and service was great. Unfortunately they sold out of the dessert wine, which I was looking forward to.
