オルティージャ島近くのシラクーサにあるエレガントなアパートメントで開催される特別な料理教室で、シチリアの本格的な味をご堪能ください。
テレサはシラキュースで生まれ育ち、情熱的で創造的な教師であり、7年以上にわたり美食体験のホストを務めてきた経験を持ち、常に家族に伝わる伝統的なレシピで料理を作ってきた。 テレサの家の雰囲気は温かく親しみやすく、旬の地元食材だけを使って、シチリアの代表的な季節料理を3品作る方法を学ぶことができます。まるで家族で食事を作るようなもので、みんなで協力して作業します。
このレッスンでは、地元の新鮮なパスタをこねたり成形したりするための実践的な技術も習得できます。この授業では、地元の特産品についても学ぶことができます。
人里離れたシチリアの家庭で、本場の体験をお楽しみください。プライベートな体験をご予約いただけます。授業後は、ゆっくりとリラックスした時間をお過ごしください。地元産のワインと水が含まれています。 私はあなたを待っています！
