料理教室では、シチリア料理の秘密を喜んで共有し、それぞれの料理に関連する起源や逸話をお話します。
専門家主導のエクストラ バージン オリーブ オイルのテイスティングに参加することは、これまでに経験したことのない、過去のシチリア島の味と香りを巡る旅に出かけるようなものです。自家栽培のオリーブオイルがどのように生産されるか、食べ物と組み合わせる方法、そして自宅で高品質の製品を購入する方法をご覧ください。
私たちのレシピと調理方法は、生産者の努力の結果であるゼロキロメートルの原材料を使用し、地域の料理の伝統を尊重しています。
最後には、作った料理を試食し、その料理に最適なワインを味わうことができます。
