スリランカの味を体験しよう！
スリランカの伝統料理教室＆デモンストレーションに参加して、私たちの島のお気に入りの料理の裏にある魔法を発見しましょう！
地元の市場を訪れ、新鮮な食材を入手します。地元のハーブやスパイス、家族の秘密をブレンドする方法を学び、新鮮なココナッツミルクを自分で作り、完璧でふわふわの米をスリランカ風に調理します。
地元の新鮮な食材を使い、一から作り直した4種類の彩り豊かな野菜カレーとお好みのツナカレー、チキンカレーを一緒にお召し上がりください。
料理だけではありません。何世代にもわたって受け継がれる温かい体験、
香り、笑い、そしてスリランカ料理を特別なものにする味をお楽しみいただけます。 島のように料理して、味わって、食事をシェアしよう！

Great time going to the markets for the fish and vegetables. Lots of interesting vegetables we'd not seen before. Hands on cooking was great and food was pretty impressive. Lovely jungle location.

I had a great time going to the markets, picking out produce, then making some authentic Sri Lankan curries. Would highly recommend this class if you're in the area.
