小さなガレージの実験室の中で、地元のシェフがガイドとなり、生パスタと詰め合わせパスタ、その後のテイスティングでティラミスの調理を行う忘れられない体験。 おばあさんの歴史的な道具や、街の地元の歴史的市場で仕入れた本物の新鮮で地元の食材を使っていただきます。
