シチリアのパントリーは、パレルモの歴史的中心部にある家族経営の料理学校です。 伝統的なシチリア料理のマーケットツアー＆クッキングレッスンを毎日提供しています。
午前中にパレルモで最も古いマーケットに集合し、レッスンに必要なアイテムを買い回り、エアコン完備の学校キッチンまで散策します。そこで、4コースのシチリア料理を準備し、帰宅後に再現するために必要なテクニック＆トリックを学びます。 レッスン後、私たちは一緒に座って、いくつかの自家製リキュール＆コーヒーで四捨五入シチリアワインの選択と一緒に私たちの努力を楽しむことができます

We had a wonderful time shopping at the Capo market, prepping the food, learning about Sicilian food history and listening to the Chef’s stories!!! Highly recommend this class!
