テラコッタ・クッキング・ラボは、私たち二人が料理という素晴らしい芸術形式に抱く情熱と愛情を世界と分かち合いたいという願いから生まれました。
当初から目指していたのは、家庭のような温かい雰囲気を作り出し、分かち合いを基盤とした親密な体験を求めるすべての人を心から歓迎できる場所を提供することでした。
少人数制にすることで、大人から子供まで全てのお客様に同じように丁寧な対応を心がけ、友人との気楽な夕べのような雰囲気を作り出すことを目指しています。

一緒に市場に行こう！
私たちは学校で待ち合わせをして、一緒に歴史あるサンタンブロージョ市場へ行きます。 そこで、季節の食材に基づいてメニューを作成し、必要な材料を購入したら、2分で学校に戻ります。
コースでは、前菜、生パスタを使ったファーストコース、肉料理またはベジタリアン料理のセカンドコース、それぞれの料理に合わせたワイン、そしてデザートを含むフルコースをご用意いたします。 メニューは、旬の食材、近隣の市場で入手できるもの、そしてシェフのインスピレーションによって変わります。
この授業は、講義、試食、そして授業中に準備したすべての内容についての最終的なディスカッションを含めて、平均3～4時間です。

Unexpected
Different experience even for a Florentine born here. You choose a menu together and then you go grocery shopping at the Sant' Ambrogio market...magical! Livio and Noemi are very sweet, they really made us feel at home on an afternoon cooking with friends!! I recommend it to everyone ❤️

Engaging course, also suitable for beginners. Relaxed environment, small group, attention to detail. You eat what you prepare and everything is delicious. To be repeated.

Spectacular! Highly recommended!
Wonderful experience, we were truly impressed by the two chef instructors, Livio and Noemi, who with their skill and passion gave us a few hours of leisure and lightheartedness, in addition to teaching us how to cook and prepare some delicacies. The place itself is very cute, clean, and well-maintained, right in the center of Florence. A delightful and delucious cooking class
Great experience. Livio and Noemi are warm, easy-going and very knowledgeable. i’m an experienced cook and I learned a lot while having a great time. You really do feel like you are in an Italian friend’s home, learning to make pasta by hand. Their place is both beautiful and comfortable. If you want a personalized, relaxing cooking experience where you come away confident you will be able to duplicate the results, this is the place for you. couldn’t recommend it more highly.
