リタとルイサの姉妹は、自分たちの領土の料理の伝統に精通しており、地元の伝統、レシピ、おもてなしの知識を保持し、共有することで、実家の扉を開くことができます。
すべてのクラスは実践的で、地元の季節の食材をフィーチャーしており、リタの庭からのものもあれば、そのほとんどはソレント半島のものです。
クラスは、まず菜園の見学と商品の回収（季節によって異なります）から始めます。 ウェルカムドリンクとカナッペが提供されます。 すべてのお客様がシェフの監修のもと、自ら調理いたします。 フルコース料理には、地元の赤または白ワインハーフボトル、ミネラルウォーター、デザート、コーヒー、リモンチェロが含まれます。
