おばあさんたちがイタリアで作ったような、生パスタの作り方を覚えましょう。
あらゆるプロセスを教え、あらゆるステップを教えてくれるあなたのそばにいます。
ラヴィオリ、トルテッリーニ、タリアテッレなど3種類の生パスタを用意すると同時に、バターとセージ、ポマローラ、昔ながらのトスカーナラグーなど、合わせるソースもご用意します。
機材はすべて弊社からご提供しますので、何もお持ちいただく必要はありません。 最後は用意したものをすべて食べる。

This class is so much fun. Our chef was great and made the experience really fun. The recipes we made were delicious.
Chef Victoria was a fantastic teacher and she made the class so much fun!! Highly recommend this activity….it was one of the best things we did in Florence.
