シラキュースの歴史と料理の伝統に触れるウォーキングツアーと料理教室では、文化、風味、地元の遺産が融合しています。 まずはシラクサの歴史的な通りをガイド付きで散策し、オルティギア市場や地元の食品店を散策して、太陽に照らされた農産物からシーフードやチーズまで、シチリアの新鮮な食材を発見しましょう。
その後、地元のホームキッチンで体験型料理教室に参加し、パスタ・アッラ・ノーマやシーフードの特選料理、地元で採れた良質な食材を使ったアランチーニなど、シチリアの定番料理を調理します。
