We had the most wonderful time cooking with Noemi and Livio! We were a group of five with very different levels of cooking experience and confidence, and they made the class enjoyable and engaging for every single one of us. Noemi and Livio are the best! We only had one day in Florence and had a group of friends with varying levels of cooking abilities. Their cooking class was the perfect fit. Noemi and Livio were so warm and welcoming. Their space is so functional, lots of space for learning, but felt intimate and homey. The four-course option gave us a lot of new recipes and different moments to learn a new technique or about new ingredients. Each one of us walked away with new skills and information.
