この体験は、当ワイナリーの大きなパーゴラの下で屋外で行われます。ファットリア・ラ・マリオーザの哲学、当ワイナリーのワインを特徴づける歴史的な地元品種、そして自然派ワインとオーガニック・エキストラバージンオリーブオイルの生産におけるあらゆる決定を導く、再生型農業のアプローチであるコリーノメソッドについてご案内いたします。
試飲会では、当ワイナリーの自然派ワイン4種類をお試しいただけます。 ワインには、厳選された職人技で作られた熟成肉とチーズが添えられます。
自家製パンもご用意しており、オーガニックEVOオイルのテイスティングもお楽しみいただけます。
