私たちの料理教室は、メキシコ料理の作り方を教えるだけではありません。メキシコの文化的な料理が染み込んでいます。
プロのシェフが楽しく、リラックスして、木材で親密な雰囲気の中で家族の古代のレシピを調理する方法を教えています。私たちのアブエリタが使用するキッチン;地元の新鮮な食材を使用して、メタテート、モルカジェテ、マリコナ（トルティーヤマシン）のような伝統的な機器。
お客様の食事制限やアレルギーに合わせてお料理をカスタマイズいたします。
これから作るレシピや、その他伝統的なレシピをまとめた料理本をご用意し、帰宅後にいつでも
