コヨアカンのパノラマの景色を眺めながらのこの親密なワークショップでは、メスカル、テキーラ、POX、ソトルなどの伝統的なメキシコのスピリッツを使用して 3 種類のカクテルの作り方を学びます。 ハイビスカスの花、ドライパイナップル、バッタなどの本物の材料を使用して、ユニークで個性的な風味を演出します。 さらに、伝統的なモルカヘテを使って自分だけの手作りの塩を作り、お土産として持ち帰ります。 このワークショップは単なるカクテル教室ではありません。また、メキシコ文化に触れる機会でもあり、カップル、友人グループ、特別な何かを求める旅行者に最適です。
