バルの料理チームは、簡単な指示に従い、一からパスタ生地を作る方法を英語で教えます。 パスタを作りながら、調理コーチが簡単なテクニックと3つの材料だけで生地を作る方法を教えてくれます。
到着からクラスで作るパスタの試食まで、バルの厳選したワインや地元の食べ物を味わっていただきます。

Best pasta making experience
It was such a wonderful experience. And then you get to eat the past you have made! Yummmmmm . Fantastic time

Wonderful class!
Finding the shop was easy. The class was excellent and the lunch was delicious (and generous)! Wear comfortable shoes, you will stand to make the pasta. Our hosts served several glasses of wine throughout the class and lunch.

Fun Class
Wonderful class in the center of Lecce. At the end everyone gets to relax, drink wine and eat a large bowl of homemade orecchiette that you created.

Authentic Italian pasta experience
I highly recommend this cooking class in the center of historical Lecce. My friends and I loved our beautiful and enthusiastic teacher chef Yliani. She inspired us with her knowledge gleaned from many years of study beginning with her beloved Nonna. Following the lesson we enjoyed our pasta accompanied by several types of organic wines, bruschetta and biscotti. .
