17 世紀の宮殿で実践的な料理教室を体験してください。代々受け継がれてきたレシピを使って、ノンナ（おばあちゃんのイタリア語）のような料理を学ぶチャンスです。ナヴォーナ広場の裏手にあるクッキング スクールでドリンクとアンティパストで歓迎された後、シェフが最先端のキッチンでティラミスと 2 種類の生パスタを一から作る方法を教えてくれます。パスタの詰め物や飾り付けに何を使いますか?旬の食材をふんだんに使用し、生パスタの種類も豊富。
この体験には、17 世紀のパラッツォでの料理教室、英語を話すシェフ、飲み物 (アルコールとノンアルコール)、前菜、必要なすべての食材と器具が含まれます。
