毎日10:00〜13:00、14:30〜17:30（ディナークラス）、18:00〜21pm、パサジェラリラリI-3のロス・ポルタレス・デ・カイマにあるキッチンスタジオへお連れします。
食前酒: ピスコサワー作り、料理教室の入門編として、ペルーの国民的ドリンクの作り方を学びます。
前菜: カウザ・レレナ
メインディッシュ： 新鮮な沿岸魚を使ったペルー産セビーチェに、地元の食材をミックスした、ユニークで忘れられない一品。
デザート: マンゴームースやサラダフルーツに季節のフルーツを添えた料理。 ペルーは多くの熱帯の果物品種の故郷であり、このステップの間に我々は季節の果物を楽しむ機会があります。
