Great service in terms of communication, on time pick up and organisation. Tour guide in Pompeii (Saas) was excellent, so knowledgable. Maybe only slight fault is he talks to much. Great info, but maybe too much standing around listening rather than looking. Vesuvius - felt a little rushed. Only given 70 minutes to get up and back for pick up. The best part of the tour was our guide in Pompeii - follow Frankie! He had a passion for the history, was engaging, friendly and hilarious!! He made the tour, really. The small group size was nice, as we didn’t have to walk around with an earpiece. And Frankie timed the particular sights in a way that it was less crowded during our viewing. Frankie was such an animated, highly entertaining, and knowledgeable tour guide! We had so much fun listening to the stories and he made history fun to learn about! Was never bored or rushed during the tour, we were able to take our time and explore Pompeii Wish we had more time at Mt. Vesuvius!

Excellent guide named Franky for Pompei Tour (Aka Follow Franky) Vesuvius hiking is a most and does not take long to do (approx. 40min to go up) Only negative would be wine tour which is too short and a bit too commercial but the wine and food was good. A very complete tour and recommended
