It's a course suitable for everyone, even those who have no experience in pastry, and the great thing is that it can be replicated at home, so it can be useful! Of course they teach how to make simple chocolates, not the ones that are actually sold, so we might suggest doing a level 2 which would be interesting as well. First time as an Apprentice Chocolate Maker. It was amazing!!! It's thanks to Sophie, I think also because she was very patient, kind and very informative. I learned a lot. Thanks again !!!

An absolutely lovely experience in the centre of Paris. Hands on yet very interesting and informative. Jacqueline was a great host.

We had so much fun here. She was so patient and informative. The chocolate was so good! A nice break from walking around Paris for a few hours.
