Kalabrischer Genuss pur
Wir wollten einen Abendkochkurs buchen aber leider waren diese schon alle während unseres Urlaubs ausgebucht. Aber uns wurde sofort eine Alternative für einen Kochkurs am Mittag angeboten. Enzo hat immer sehr schnell und freundlich auf Englisch geantwortet.
Wir wurden direkt am Hotel abgeholt wo es erstmal ans Capo Vaticano zu einem Aussichtspunkt ging. Im Agriturismo angekommen haben wir ersteinmal eine Führung über das Grundstück zu den Tieren und Gärten bekommen.

From the garden to the table
It was a delightful experience. Enjoy is a wonderful host and tour guide. His English is very good. The place where we did the cooking prep had spectacular views. They grow their own vegetable, they used eggs from their farm and make bread from the wheat grown there. Over all it was well worth. I highly recommend it

Excellent excursion with Enzo
Enzo picked us up from our apartment, drove us to a beautiful view at Capo Vaticano with drinks, then to dinner at the farm. The farm is a beautiful agroturismo (farm/ hotel/ restaurant) and we toured the farm, picked veggies, and made pasta/ antipasto/ dolci with the chef Antonio. Excellent vibes all around, excellent meal, and Enzo made everything work well. The sunset view from the restaurant is unbeatable, and Capo Vaticano is amazing as well. Excellent activity!

Ciao Enzo, es war ein fantastischer Abend perfekt geplant, mit einer internationalen sehr netten und sympathischenGruppe, die Location war sehr ansprechend Küchenchef Antonio hat uns sehr nett und sympathisch durch den Abend begleitet und von dir natürlich perfekt moderiert alles in allem zum weiterempfehlen Mille Grazie Cordiale Saluti Sabine und Erwin

Spannender Kochkurs, der super viel Spaß macht
Von Anfang bis Ende war alles super organisiert. Enzo hat uns schon bei der Abholung sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir hatten einen sehr lehrreichen Kochkurs, der uns super viel Spaß gemacht hat. Wir haben tolle Menschen kennengelernt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Enzo buchen. Danke für dieses tolle Erlebnis!
