唯一無二の料理体験を提供するエディブル・アザーは、モントリオールの食文化を特別なものにする、フランス語風味のグローバルな味わいを探求するディナークラブです。 各料理は、ミシュランの訓練を受けたシェフが自ら調理し、語り、ケベックの豊かな移民コミュニティにインスパイアされた物語を伝えています。 プライベートまたは法人で予約しない限り、どの席でも15名まで。 キッチンのロフトスペースでは1800年代の歴史的な建築を楽しむこともできます。 食物アレルギー、宗教的なニーズ、嫌いなものはすべて対応します。
