ペルーの食や伝統について、現地市場や非観光エリアを専門家のガイドや送迎と共に見学しながら学ぶ本格的な体験です。
スルキーヨ・マーケット1へ向かいます。ここでは、在来種とエキゾチックな果物のテイスティングをお楽しみください。 その起源や代表的な果物の性質について学び、独特の風味を楽しみます。
次にメトロポリターノバスでリマのダウンタウンに向かい、セントラルマーケットとチャイナタウンを訪れます。 ピカローネ（ジャガイモとイチジクのジャムを使ったドーナツ）や有名なアンティクーチョ（牛の心臓を串に刺した料理）など、典型的な中国系ペルー人のスナックや屋台料理を食べます。
最後に、リマのマヨール広場近くのアラメダ・チャブカへ行き、アロス・コン・レチェとマザモラ・モラダという有名なストリートデザートを食べます。
