The experience was very enriching and interesting and my guide Alex could not have been better, I loved his explanations and his company. If I were to return to Lima I would repeat it without a doubt with him!
We really enjoyed our tour, seeing parts of the city we otherwise wouldn't have visited and trying loads of new food. Our guide, Alex was really friendly and told us about the history and what life is like for Lima locals, as well as explaining the food and how it is eaten.
This was amazing. Maria was an excellent guide. We went places and tried food and drinks we never would have otherwise. It also included a visit to major sites like the plaza mayor as well which we didn't realise.
I wish I could give this tour more than 5 stars. We had the best time ever. When booking it said our hotel was outside the service area so I sent them a wattapp message and they came and picked us up. Our guide was so charismatic and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and was thrilled to share his cultural food with us. Do NOT take this tour if you are not willing to try new things.
