季節の野菜を使ったビーガン料理教室で、韓国の家庭料理を学べます。豆腐チゲと野菜のチヂミ、特製タレをシェフのデモを見ながら料理し、最後は試食で満喫。

経験の詳細
屋上庭園では3月から10月までの野菜のみを収穫して使用しています。 11月から2月にかけては気候が寒いためです。シェフの実演を見ながら授業を受けます。 2つの料理を学びます。柔らかい豆腐を使った豆腐チゲと野菜入りチヂミを作ります。つけ汁も作ります。作った後は食べます。
