それは中世から現代への旅であり、その間に歴史、建築、自然、ワイン、芸術が一緒になって完全な感覚体験を提供します。セニョリオデの博物館を鑑賞できる古い19世紀のワイナリーの建物に続く前に、12世紀のロマネスク教会、14世紀の鳩小屋の塔、16世紀の宮殿がある、歴史的なセニョリオデオタズを発見します。 「ワイン大聖堂」と呼ばれる印象的な地下樽室、生産室、瓶が置かれているワイン墓地を忘れずに、大津と大津財団の現代アートスペース。
ボデガオタズは、スペインワインシティ協会（ACEVIN）から授与されたVワインツーリズムアワード「RutadelVinodeEspaña」（2020）から「ベストワイナリーオープンツーツーリズム」に選ばれました。
