Marco is generous with sharing his culinary secrets and I enjoyed the market tour. Watching him interact live with the vendors. He also asks for our preference instead of following a strict menu of dishes. Very flexible. Suggest you have a bit of breakfast as lunch is served at about 1400h

This experience was amazing! Marco was such a generous host and helpful teacher. We had a wonderful time at the market, cooking, eating, and of course drinking wine. I recommend this experience for anyone that wants an authentic experience and delicious meal. Marco’s house was also a nice temperature during the August heat and it was a very comfortable environment.

旅ではなく『暮らす』ように、料理を作り、食べる体験！ まずは市場での買い物から。 陽気な掛け合い、軽い買い食いと、楽しい体験が満載のスタートでした。 講師のマルコさんは、紳士で楽しく、心から参加者がリラックス出来るよう、配慮して下さいます。 食材についても、ご自身の子供の頃の思い出話など交えて、詳しく説明して下さり、その楽しさと、少し懐かしい感じに、まるでイタリアへ『帰ってきた』よう。 作るものにも、魚？それとも肉？と、希望を聞いて下さり、シチリアの郷土料理を、楽しく学べます。 ワインを飲みつつ、美しいお宅のキッチンで！ 完成後は素晴らしいテーブルセットを囲んで美味しい料理を。 食べるのが好き、料理が好き、市場の活気を楽しみたいという方。 パレルモを訪れるなら、ぜひ！

Marco was a great host and skilled chef. Together with my partner we had a great time cooking, drinking and laughing. The food was beautiful, flavourful and the soul wanted to sing. Amazing experience, highly recommended 😊🫶🏼

We met Chef Marco at Mercado del Capo where we talked about what we wanted to cook and eat. We watched as he bought our ingredients - fresh basil, eggplant, olives, parsley, strawberries and more. His cooking studio was a short walk from the market and our cooking class began in earnest. I am vegetarian and my husband is a carnivore, and this experience was extraordinary for both of us.
