친숙하고 편안한 환경에서 스타터부터 디저트까지 시칠리아 전체 3코스 메뉴를 만드는 과정을 단계별로 안내해드립니다.
웰컴 드링크가 제공되며, 그 후 바로 앞치마를 묶고 요리를 시작합니다! 계절에 따라 달라지는 스타터를 준비하는 것부터 시작하겠습니다. 그런 다음 물과 밀가루로 만든 반죽부터 시작하여 집에서 최고의 신선한 파스타를 만드는 비법을 공개하고 그 위에 훌륭한 제철 소스를 얹어 준비하는 방법을 알려 드리겠습니다. 수박 젤리나 리코타 치즈를 곁들인 카사텔라 등 계절에 따른 전통 디저트도 함께 만들어 보겠습니다. 준비가 끝나면 훌륭한 현지 와인과 함께 요리를 맛볼 것입니다.
