Amazing experience in Cusco! We did the chocolate making class in the museum and it’s a great way to spend 2 hours learning about history of chocolate (whilst drowning in it)! We started with a tasting (which you can do for free outside the class as well) which showed me my love for different chocolates I had never experienced such as chilli white chocolate. We then made our own milk chocolates with infinite add-ins all while being walked through how the beans are grown, harvested and roasted...더 읽기
We had a phenomenal experience during our Cusco cooking class!! Loved the market trip, making piscos and especially Ceviche! Side note: is it possible to email me the recipes?
Super fun class! I couldn’t believe how fast the 2 hours went because it was so interesting and yummy. Wonderful to have chocolate to bring home!
We wanted to do the chocolate making class but the price seemed a bit steep for our whole group, so we just registered our kids, age 10 and 14. The class was 2 hours long and the kids loved it. They were super engaged and thrilled with their creations. They even learned some things.
