The tour was amazing, delicious amazing food and drinks. Aki, the tour guida was the best. Give us a lot of nice information and very fun and friendly. I really enjoy and recommend the experience if you are in group or by solo traveling.

Wonderful experience with Aki learning more about Japanese food and drink culture, with tons of delicious food in establishments that truly felt local. We were also super grateful for him working around a gluten sensitivity and saw that he was attentive to various food preferences amongst our group. Learned about the Ueno area and had an all around fantastic time!

Aki was an incredible guide, very personable and an all around pleasure to spend an evening with. Even more impressive was his ability to work with my wife’s Celiac disease. Aki is a fantastic tour guide and we had a great time on the tour. He took us to several local spots that we would not have otherwise known about, and each spot had delicious food and drinks. He also gave a lot of background information about the local culture and was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this tour!

Aki took us to a part of Tokyo I would not have seen otherwise, down narrow streets packed with restaurants and bars, some of them under the train tracks. Delicious sake, sashimi, grilled meat, ramen and a friendly and personable host. Seeing a tiny bar with friendly customers was a highlight. Come very hungry!
