A professional Chocolatier will walk you through a brief history of chocolate, explain the art of tempering chocolate and demonstrate hand tempering on a cold marble. Each guest will visit the second floor of the candy mansion to choose toppings for their chocolate bars from hundreds of candy and chocolate bins. Once bars are done guests will demold them and leave with three milk chocolate bars per person,

We ate lunch and had drinks then did the chocolate class and made Chocolate bars with a variety of candies mixed in.
