We can't recommend Giang highly enough! She is extremely knowledgeable about the area having grown up in the mountains and has friends and family along the way. Her English is perfect and she is so charismatic and generous with her stories and acts of kindness. Best tour guide we've ever had. The trek exceeded our expectations and was a brilliant adventure. We have learnt so much about northern Vietnam and the Black Hmong ethnic group.

Great guide Miss Giang! Taught us lots on the culture of the black Hmung tribe, Zai tribe and the local plants whilst being off the beaten trails! The weather was uncooperative but was made up with the experience.

Our hike was just amazing - Giang has so much knowledge of the area and the history which made the journey so interesting as we learnt about the culture and the people with such a depth. Our overnight home stay was incredible . We joined a local village family for the night and had an amazing traditional dinner with them , everything was so fresh, as we shared stories and laughed around a warm fire with a glass or two of a special "happy water" rice wine . Our tours with Antoine from SaPa first day into rice fields and on our second day into farming communities were beautiful. Antoine has a gentle and determined way to inform and entertain us while keeping us motivated to bear the midday heat. We highly recommend tribal tours to anyone interested to experience unique nature and living first hand.

The 2D/1N trek with Giang was one of the highlights of our trip. The trek was definitely challenging but Giang was encouraging and patient. We really enjoyed hearing about the local cultures and lifestyle and seeing the amazing scenery. Definitely would recommend.
