Must do experience in Nosara
Juan Carlos and his brother were incredibly nice and showed us how to prep the best empanadas and ceviche. They were super fun and personal. Told us all about Costa Rican culture and we’re a good hang. A must do on a trip to Costa Rica.

One love on the farm
Great experience. Very well manicured. Really enjoyed the vegetarian ceviche. I will make that at home. And learning some tricks for keeping things tidy while making pacarones (hopefully spelled correct). Go see the farm enjoyable while it’s rainy. Just saying

The Most Amazing Excursion in Nosara
This was such an amazing experience! A must do when in Nosara! Juan Carlos was such a great guide and was very thorough when teaching us about what we were cooking and the tradition behind it. The music was great, the food was delicious and fresh, the company was the best, and the animals (cows, goats, and cats) were the cherry on top. You get a tonnnn of food for the price, so come hungry! Honesty was one of our favorite excursions when in Nosara!

Our cooking class with John Carlos and Esperanza was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Costa Rica! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like family and created such a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
