You will have hands-on experience in learning how to create beautiful, professional-looking chocolates. You will learn how to make a delicious ganache to fill your chocolates and you will learn how to temper chocolate so it is perfect for use. You will also learn how to decorate your chocolates and package them to take home with you.

Whilst enjoying this experience, you will learn about the history of chocolate and how it has become what we enjoy eating today.

Neler Yaşayacaksınız?

You will make a selection of truffles and filled chocolates and will take your beautifully crafted chocolates home with you (approximately 10 truffles and 24 filled chocolates). You will start by learning how to make and flavor ganache. You will then pipe the ganache into chocolate molds. Once these have been set, you will pipe chocolate on top to seal them. You will then learn how to temper chocolate and use this chocolate to coat your truffles. You will then roll them in an outer decoration of your choice. Once your filled chocolates have been set, you will de-mold them and have a chance to decorate them using fine piping skills. Finally, you will package your chocolates into beautiful gift presentation boxes to take home with you.
