Complimentary pickup is available from hotels, Airbnbs, or the closest accessible point to your riad. • Your guide will contact you via WhatsApp and email the day before your activity 10 Pm to confirm your exact pickup time and location. For last-minute bookings, you’ll receive a message at least 2 hours before the tour starts. • Please be ready at your pickup point at least 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time. • Present your booking voucher to the driver upon pickup. • After the tour, you will be dropped off at the same location where you were picked up. • Important: If your hotel is more than 8 km away from our meeting point (Hotel Islane), an additional transfer fee will apply. • note Also that the pick up time you selected may change depending on where you are located because we start picking up from the most remote point to most closest to our destination .
