Discover the culinary tradition of Sardinia by participating in an engaging fresh pasta workshop in the center of Alghero, one of the most fascinating cities on the island. You will learn how to prepare some of the most popular specialties of the Sardinian and Italian tradition, in a real artisanal workshop. The experience takes place inside a bakery in the center, where you will be guided step by step in the processing of pasta. We will use traditional techniques to roll out the pastry, prepare the filling and shape different formats, a symbol of Sardinian cuisine. After processing, the most awaited moment comes: we will enjoy together the dishes prepared during the workshop and we will conclude the evening savoring some traditional digestives. A perfect activity for those who love to experience the territory as a protagonist through its cuisine and its tradition, ideal for discovering Alghero and Sardinia through its ancient and genuine flavors.

Sardinian cooking class

Wonderful experience. We prepared maloreddus, ravioli, cookies, and some culurgiones. You prepare it together and then you enjoy the dishes in a welcoming and engaging atmosphere. They are delightful. Absolutely recommended

Amazing cooking class!!!

What an incredible experience! This was without a doubt one of the highlights of our time in Alghero. Rosita and Adry welcomed us with genuine warmth and made us feel at home from the very beginning. During the class we learned how to make traditional Sardinian malloreddus and delicious ricotta and spinach ravioli from scratch. Super tasty pasta workshop in Alghero, Sardinia

A very nice bunch of ladies who gave the workshop very professionally. The pastas, ravioli and gnocchi, we ate together afterwards. Very tasty! Glass of Vermentino and afterwards a digeative.
